1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”, “Parent”, or “Student”) and Adhita Xpobox Private Limited (“Company”, “we”, “us”), governing your access to and use of https://adhitaxpobox.app, our web application, interactive 3D simulations, AI learning tools, and physical laboratory kits (collectively, the “Services”).

By creating an account, browsing our website, or purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue using our Services immediately.

2. Eligibility & Student Accounts

Our Services are primarily intended for students in middle school (Classes 6 through 8, approximately ages 10 to 15).

• Parental Consent: If you are under the age of 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
• Account Integrity: You agree to provide accurate registration information and maintain the confidentiality of your authentication credentials. You are responsible for all activities occurring under your account.

3. Digital Subscriptions & Pricing Plans

We offer tiered access to our digital learning ecosystem as detailed below:

• Billing & Renewal: Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly cycle. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds: Digital subscription fees are generally non-refundable once the billing period has commenced, except where mandated by applicable consumer protection laws.

4. Phydigital Science Kit Purchases & Shipping

The physical Xpobox Science Experiment Kit is priced at ₹1,799 per box (one-time purchase, inclusive of taxes and standard shipping across India).

• Delivery: Orders are processed and dispatched within 2–4 business days via verified courier partners. Tracking details are emailed upon dispatch.
• Damaged / Missing Items: If any laboratory component arrives damaged or broken, please email photographs to founders@adhitaxpobox.app within 7 days of delivery for a prompt, free replacement of the damaged parts.

5. Physical Lab Experiment Safety Disclaimer

The physical Xpobox kit contains educational equipment (such as optical lenses, low-voltage battery holders, copper wire, and safe test tubes) designed for school science experiments.

6. Acceptable Use of AI Systems

Our AI Socratic Tutor and Virtual Classroom agents are designed strictly for educational inquiry. Users agree not to:

• Submit unlawful, abusive, defamatory, or harmful content to the AI tutors.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, jailbreak, or disrupt our multi-agent prompts, models, or backend APIs.
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit platform outputs without written authorization.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All software, 3D interactive models, animations, user interfaces, pedagogical sequencing, brand names, and logos are the exclusive intellectual property of Adhita Xpobox Private Limited. No content may be copied, reproduced, or distributed without our prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Adhita Xpobox Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our digital platform or physical experimental kits. Our total cumulative liability shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you to the Company in the preceding six (6) months.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Rajasthan, India.
